Our Clinical Rehab Pilates Classes are designed for women who want to move with confidence and strength. Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or simply looking for a safe, guided return to exercise. These sessions offer individualised programs on reformer beds and equipment, helping you rebuild strength, ease pain, and feel good in your body again.

Our Approach

Before your first session, you’ll book online and have a full exercise assessment with our women’s health physio. This helps us create a plan that suits your body and your goals.

Your first class introduces you to key Pilates positions and movements. We’ll guide you through how to feel and activate the right muscles so you can move with confidence.

Together, we’ll build a plan - whether that’s a few sessions or ongoing support - that helps you grow stronger, feel less pain, and enjoy daily life again.
Our Process

We have a large studio with plenty of equipment in order to keep our clients challenged and enjoying exercise.
We welcome all bubs! We understand it can be difficult to find the time in a busy mum life schedule.
Our casual price is $52 per class. These classes are Private Health Fund Rebatable. We also offer discounts for upfront payments of a 5, 10 or 20 pack of classes.
Our small group classes have 4 maximum per class, with individualised programs and support in a group setting.
